Senior/product Development Executive

**Who We Are Looking For?**
As a Senior/Product Development Executive, he/she will be responsible for sourcing and evaluating potential brands to be managed under the Direct Brand model. He/she needs to engage the brand owners or principals, work with multi-functional teams to build a cohesive commercial plan to grow direct brands.
**What Awaits You?**
- Developing and executing a three-year brand strategy jointly with your superior
- Ability to sign on new brands directly from brand owners
- Deliver Sales targets through a comprehensive product assortment for each brand & joint marketing effort with Marketing team, to create awareness and build the brands across online & offline channels
- Develop and manage brand’s P&L
- Demonstrate positive relationship building skills in initial engagements with multi-functional teams
- Deliver on Brand KPIs, in line with the sales goals of the brands, including stock management KPIs
- Deliver GOBE (Exclusive Brand) Sales participation growth, market penetration and gaining of New & Repeat Users
- Develop and test new business opportunities as digitalisation evolves to member and customer needs
- Introducing innovative and highly effective strategies and program ideas to the brand teams based on consumer insights and industry trends
- Staying abreast of industry, digital and shopper trends and build relationships with new and key partners
- Communicate with brand owners to get support for marketing plans, product launches
- Communicate with brand owners to negotiate for commercial terms
**We Are Excited About You If You Have**:
- A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for business studies
- Minimum of 5-8 years of product & brand management, and/or buying experience
- Strong passion for digital innovation, CRM (relationship marketing), eCommerce and building a brand from insights. Ability to translate those insights into business ideas; financial and business acumen is required.
- Ability to clearly articulate and present strategies, recommendations and results to management and team members
- Ability to collaborate successfully across teams and build relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally
**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $4,300.00 per month
