We are seeking a resourceful and dynamic Senior Event Executive to join our team. This role requires strong client-facing skills and hands-on event coordination abilities from conceptualization to execution. You will be the key liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless planning and delivery of successful events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle client enquiries, understand event objectives, and propose creative concepts, quotations, and program flows to secure projects.
  • Develop comprehensive event proposals including event timelines, manpower plans, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Work closely with clients to customize event experiences, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors/suppliers to manage logistics before, during, and after events.
  • Source and secure venues, materials, technical equipment, and other event requirements.
  • Prepare detailed production schedules, floor plans, and on-site briefing documents.
  • Ensure timely execution of events including corporate functions, exhibitions, product launches, and roadshows.
  • Oversee budget planning, expense tracking, and post-event financial reporting.
  • Provide on-site supervision, ensuring smooth setup, live-day operations, and teardown.
  • Troubleshoot operational challenges and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for future improvement.
Requirements:
  • Singaporeans and Permanent Residents preferred
  • Diploma or Degree in Events Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in event/project management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays when required.
