Roles & responsibilities

Min 3 years in the event industry

Setup stage audio, video, and lighting equipment and carpentry knowledge are required

Competent knowledge of applying licensing

Knowledge of show controllers for multiple types of Audio and Video configurations/ devices would be an advantage

Strong project management skills are needed to execute multiple projects concurrently

Highly organized, able to multitask and meet deadlines through excellent time management skills

Able to work independently and in a team

Coordinate resources, including equipment and materials, for efficient operation

Ensure products meet quality standards and implement safety procedures to comply with regulations and company policies.

identify and resolve production issues, machine malfunctions, and material shortages to maintain workflow continuity.

Ability to perform shift work (day or night) and weekends/public holidays and work-at-heights

Requirements

Diploma in a relevant field (Marketing/Project Management/Business Administration/Communications, or its equivalent)

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in events management;
  • Proactive and strategic approach to problem-solving. Adaptability and flexibility in managing unforeseen challenges
  • Ability to motivate, inspire, and mentor team members in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Fluency in English and additional Asian languages will be a bonus
  • Confident and positive attitude, good communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines.
  • Basic Knowledge in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, Illustrator AUTOCAD
