Our client is seeking an Events Marketing Associate to join their team

Are you passionate about creating visually stunning and engaging experiences? Our client is a trusted events partner based in Singapore, is dedicated to turning visions into reality through exceptional experiential events. This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine creative vision, strategic marketing, and project coordination to deliver impactful lifestyle events.

What you'll be doing?
  • Program Development: Curate engaging event programs tailored to various event concepts, incorporating entertainment, workshops, and interactive activities.
  • Branding and Creative Management: Lead the conceptualization and execution of event branding, ensuring alignment with the client's vision and objectives.
  • Event Management: Develop detailed program schedules, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with event objectives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with clients, designers, and vendors to create impactful and seamless event experiences.
  • Administration: Take ownership of building event timelines, budgets, and deliverables, while aligning closely with management.
Who are they looking for?
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in events, project coordination, or client servicing.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, highly organized, and able to juggle multiple timelines and priorities independently.
  • Creative Thinking: Proactive and solution-oriented, with a passion for events and storytelling.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using tools like Canva and open to learning new platforms/software.
  • Networking: A strong network of designers, creative agencies, and production vendors is a bonus.
