Member Relations Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure the smooth running of the Club.
- Carry out marketing and sales initiative and training of junior staff.
- Closing of sales and conducting of Club tours.
- Assist in ensuring all membership administration is done as per SOPs.
- Assist in handling all feedback, complaints, and enquiries.
- Inform members of news, events, and promotions.
- Planning and organizing of events and activities for members.
- Ad hoc projects and duties assigned by Club Manager.Requirements:
- Diploma or GCE ‘O’ or ‘N’ Level.
- No experience required. Fresh graduates and entry level are welcome to apply.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Working hours - 1:15pm to 10pm, able to commit on weekends & public holidays. (occasionally required to work morning shift)
- Fully COVID-19 vaccinated.
