**Job Details**:
**Major Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement talent acquisition procedures, practices and service model
- Oversee and provide expert recruitment advice and thought leadership on sourcing, interviewing, assessing and onboarding applicants
- Actively contribute to developing and promoting the EVP of Rightship to attract external talent
- Develop recruitment service standards and performance measurement such as time and cost to hire and track progress
- Develop strong and collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage employee referral program

**Qualifications, Skills and Experience**
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or other relevant discipline
- Experience in driving strategic recruitment initiatives and contributing to continuous improvement project and strategy
- Previous experience in hiring in a volume environment
- HR Management experience with cultural diversity in a multinational corporation
- Flexibility required to work effectively globally in a distributed management team
- Strong understanding of employment practices and law in Australia, Singapore, United Kingdom and United States of America
- Proficient in HRIS
- Role model for RightShip’s organisational values
- Ability to think and act strategically and offer the leadership skills that enable you to influence across the organisation
- High degree of judgement, initiative and confidentiality
