**What are my responsibilities?** - End to end responsibility for the recruiting process and execution of Talent Acquisition (TA) strategy in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia - Consultation to and support of Hiring Managers of Siemens Mobility - Understand recruiting needs and job requirements and advise on most appropriate actions - Salary proposal creation and offer negotiation - Communicate with Hiring Managers regarding the status of the recruiting process - Definition and updating of key profiles to manage future demand - Positioning Siemens Mobility as an "Employer of Choice": - Represent Siemens as an Employer of Choice through knowledge of Siemens employer branding, in depth understanding of Siemens Mobility business and knowledge of the labour market - Act as first point of contact for applicants (incl. recruiting events, e.g. at universities) - Relationship management: - Facilitate professional and smooth communication with all stakeholders involved in the recruiting process - Maintain and leverage a recruiting network - Assurance of high-quality service: - Responsibility for achievement of target KPIs - Maintain current knowledge of current labor market trends, competitors and general recruiting trends and intelligence - Continuous communication with internal and external stakeholders - Projects and other tasks: - Participate in projects and committees as required - Support HR Generalist with day-to-day needs, including but not limited to organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, addressing employee queries, and strategic initiatives **What do I need to qualify for this job?** - Possess at least a Degree in any discipline - Have relevant experience in talent acquisition / recruiting in engineering industry for 4-5 years - Possess in-depth knowledge of recruitment process - 2-5 years of experience as HR Generalist/Talent Acquisition is preferred - Ability to work across all levels with strong communication and interpersonal skills - Self-motivated, independent, proactive, organized and attentive to details - Comfortable working in a multi-cultural environment - Tech savvy - has an affinity for technology, internet recruiting, social media and virtual networking **Organization**: Siemens Mobility **Company**: Siemens Mobility Pte Ltd **Experience Level**: Experienced Professional **Full / Part time**: Full-time
