**_ in this role you’ll get the opportunity to partner with key stakeholders and to create and execute recruitment strategies together. You’ll have a consultative style and are someone who enjoys working closely with senior hiring managers and stakeholders. You have strengths in establishing processes and driving change as well as an exceptional capability in Talent Acquisition._**

This role will require you to work onsite across 2 manufacturing sites in Singapore in a hybrid capacity._**

**What you will be doing**:

- Joining our team you will deliver across the entire end to end recruitment lifecycle within manufacturing
- Managing multiple stakeholders you will partner closely with hiring managers to deliver a best-in-class recruitment process
- Recruit across Senior, Specialist and Volume positions within the manufacturing space
- Add value through the delivery of talent acquisition projects and initiatives
- Provide guidance and counsel beyond the recruitment process, advising on market insights, trends, and competitor movements.

**Who you are**:

- Strong expertise and credibility as a Talent Acquisition professional
- Experience recruiting in more fast paced environments, delivering high volume projects ideally from the manufacturing industry (Pharma, medical devices or consumer goods manufacturing experience will be highly regarded)
- Confidence and capability to work with your client group in an advisory and consultative capacity
- Ability to effectively engage and manage relationships at all levels and across business functions
