London Graduate School (Singapore) is a dynamic institution that offers flexible Postgraduate diploma programmes which are designed for students to gain knowledge and skills for a fast changing and complex world.

We are now seeking to appoint a Programme Manager to support the delivery of our range of postgraduate programmes.

The post holder will support the day-to-day running of a number of postgraduate programmes, liaising with our students from across the world, managing learning resource environment and engage with academic faculty to ensure students receive a high standard of academic support for their studies.

Responsibilities will include managing all aspects of the student experience, from admission to graduation. You will work closely with senior academic and professional services staff to proactively develop the programme, student experience and virtual learning environment.

**Primary purpose of job**
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of London Graduate School programmes to drive best practise and consistency in of student experience including planning, assessment administration, ensuring appropriate academic support for students and faculty is provided.
- Collaborate with the academic team and others to maintain our virtual learning environment space and ensure content is ready and students have access to course materials.
- Consult with the Head of Operations and Academic Standards, to design and oversee course offerings and faculty provision for incoming semesters.
- Host student live webinars and provide one to one support for students on an individual basis as appropriate.
- Manage partnership with the partner institutions.

With an academic background, ideally you should possess relevant management experience within the Higher Education sector. You will also have excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to work under your own initiative as well as within a team, and sound IT skills.

Previous relevant experience of working in a student-facing Higher Education environment is essential.

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
