That starts by using technology to build the most robust, secure and transparent derivatives exchange in the world. **Who are we looking for** We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our Product Growth team. You should have a solid experience in full stack development with a track record in a tech start up. **Here's how you'll be contributing**: - Responsible for the development of a scalable and reliable product in collaboration with our global cross-functional teams. - Create and execute A/B tests to improve user acquisition, onboarding, retention, referral - Build reusable code and libraries for future use and participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality, security, and adherence to best practices. - Identify and resolve technical challenges and performance bottlenecks. - Engage with the relevant stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that the software solutions align with business goals. **Our technologies**: We are building a high performance microservice based product, with tarantool and timescaledb as a database at its core. Languages that we are using: Go, Lua, React-Native. **What we are building**: - We are building a low-latency decentralized futures exchange - There are requirements for scalability, speed and uptime - We are working with A LOT of data **Requirements**: - First principles thinking - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field with at least 3 years’ of relevant experience as a Full-Stack Developer - Strong proficiency in frontend frameworks such as Javascript, React etc. - Proficient with Go/Golang - Preferably with related work experiences in growth led product teams in a similar role. **About you**: - Smart and fast-learning: you might not know everything, but you have a desire to learn and improve constantly. You're not afraid of asking "stupid" questions and have the ability to induce results from few datapoints. - Communication: You understand that being a remote-first company requires a high degree of trust and communication. You are proactive in communicating with the team what you are working on, blockers in your pipeline, and issues that you are facing. You understand that sometimes the best way to get unstuck on a problem is talking about it out loud with someone else. - Leave your comfort zone: you're an explorer, traveler, who likes to try better ways of doing things - Doesn't matter who you are: we don't care what you studied, where you come from, or how you got here.
