From Bondex we are currently looking for a Full-Stack Engineer (Typescript, Python) with a passion for remote async teamwork, web3 innovation and ready to evolve the current client's platform for greater scalability. 

Our client is on a mission to revolutionise how companies raise capital, delivering practical, effective tools addressing real challenges in the venture capital space. 

The requirements for the Full-Stack Engineer (Typescript, Python) position are: 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience across both front-end and back-end development. You don't need to be an expert in everything, but you should be comfortable with this variety of technologies: JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, , , Git, Vercel, GCP.
  • You've played a key role in at least two web-based products that have been live and actively maintained for a minimum of a year. Bonus points if this experience includes FinTech or Web3.
  • Proficient in setting up and managing relational databases using SQL.
  • Experience building reliable, high-performance software.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguous requirements and proactive in finding clarity.
  • Effective communicator and collaborator in an asynchronous, remote team environment. - Fluent conversational English is a must. 

Your responsibilities will be: 

  • Develop and deploy features across our platform, ensuring they function seamlessly across desktop, mobile, and tablet devices.
  • Collaborate directly with our Founder to select the best tech stack and practices that consistently deliver high value to our customers.
  • Partner with our Design team to bring polished, user-friendly interfaces to life.
  • Prototype, experiment, and iterate on new features to validate ideas and test assumptions. Prioritise solutions with a high impact-to-effort ratio.
  • Regularly update the team on project progress, proactively communicate blockers, and seek out solutions to keep projects moving forward.
