**MISSION**

The High Jewellery Sales Manager is a brand ambassador of Piaget inside and outside the Boutique by ensuring a top-level service for each client. She/He is directly reporting to the region Managing Director and dotted line to HQ High Jewellery Director..

She/ He is responsible to achieve HJ sales and Exclusive Creations sales targets set up in collaboration with the management. She/He must implement a commercial action plan to develop High Jewellery clients and sales, which is consistent and well integrated with the overall Commercial plan. As such, strong collaboration with the Commercial teams is required.

She/He ensures a unique client experience before, during and after a sale, in or outside the boutique.

She/He participates to High Jewellery events of Piaget, in this context, the High Jewellery Sales Manager is required to travel regularly and has a budget to manage.

She/He is a High Jewellery referent all around the world with clients or in any relationship with the Maison. Is part of HJ Committee & Community.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Strategy And Planning_
- Propose and develop HJ and Exclusive Creations annual strategy with clear objectives (including short and long-term action plans).
- Define this strategy in collaboration with Commercial teams to ensure strong integration with each market’s overall strategy and key priorities.
- Propose and monitor annual HJ sales targets in collaboration with Management
- Provide regular reports and qualitative feedback on client behavior, market context, and competition
- Manages budget and travels plan
- Sales Performance:_
- Anticipates and organizes HJ & Exclusive Creations presentations and previews
- Perfectly manages all sales related steps, from pitching to closing.
- Adapts to clients’ needs and motivations, manages up-selling
- Acts as a privileged contact on related CS topics and knows how to handle them
- Proposes and develop special orders regularly
- Clients’ Relationship & Development:_
- Delivers a unique 360° client experience during a sale in and outside of the boutique (incl events)
- Nurtures Exceptional client relationships to maintain and enhance client loyalty within her/his portfolio
- Establishes action plans and strategies to develop the client portfolio to treat existing clients, upgrade potentials and regain lost clients
- Develops the client portfolio by networking & hunting outside the boutique (including partnership developments)
- Uses the yearly activation calendar to organize individual client journeys
- Resolves client’s complaints with the highest professionalism, promptly and successfully by investigating problems, developing solutions and making appropriate recommendations.
- High-End Event Management _
- Participates to HJ brand events as wells as client events.
- Lead HJ events in collaboration with Marketing and Commercial teams. Establish targets and monitor results.
- Evaluate and validate potential clients in collaboration with the commercial teams.
- Brief and collaborate on complete event experiences such as, recommending and tailoring unique experiences, assisting with all VIP appointments, commercial support, etc.
- Ambassador role:_
- Represents the Maison in all possible Brand activation events
- Provides feedback, contributes in suggesting ideas and recommendations to the Management team in order to achieve improvements in all aspects of the High Jewellery business.
- Active member of the HJ Committee
- Shares skills to develop the HJ Specialists and Experts (work in pairs)
- Sales Talent Development _
- Foster the growth of regional High-End communities, building bespoke development programs, in collaboration with the Commercial teams
- Animate the High-End Communities through different communication channels, and maintain and expand the regional platform for best practice sharing and brainstorming
- Set and review collective & individual targets with Commercial teams & boutique managers
- Lend expertise around commercial deals to optimize sales deals

- Client Feedback
- Market/Competition insights
- Relevant topics regarding HJ or Hti
