Singapore TRAFFICGUARD APAC PTE. LTD. Full time

As the primary marketing lead for Trafficguard EMEA, you will build and execute the EMEA marketing plan that drives awareness, demand and revenue.

You will work cross-functionally with Sales and Business Development functions to develop and deliver creative marketing initiatives that increase business promotion and direct sales success rate in EMEA.

This role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and will work in tandem with a global marketing organisation spanning three major regions.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Strategy and Insights - Analyse market and company data alongside regional strategies to define opportunities, gaps, threats, and priorities
- Demand Creation and Nurturing - Own and deliver an integrated Asia-Pacific field marketing plan to expand brand reach, drive service demand, and meet assigned growth targets. Support the building, execution and refinement of global outbound demand generation programs and campaigns
- Market Development and Localisation - Translate market-specific buyer journey into multi-touch field programs and campaigns using direct and channel tactics based on

market dynamics and business goals. Provide localised messaging and support the development of global marketing assets
- Brand Awareness - Drive ideation and innovative methods for capturing audience awareness and a greater share of mind in core and growth markets. Lead market-level PR and content efforts.
- Events - Coordinate in-region events and conference schedule
- Partner GTM - Collaborate with regional partners on the creation of joint solution value propositions. Drive the internal and external go-to-market strategy and execution of our Google Cloud partnership where appropriate
- Reporting & Optimisation - Monitor, report and optimise for effectiveness
- Budget - Own the management of the EMEA marketing budget
- Leadership - Demonstrate excellence and maturity in aligning stakeholders and contributors on the achievement of regional goals

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 5+ years in B2B and content marketing
- Hands-on EMEA field marketing experience is essential
- A minimum of 1 year experience with complex global Sports Betting and iGaming vertical
- Knowledge of, and experience with, affiliate marketing strategies
- Experience with Hubspot and sales pipeline methodology
- Must have extensive experience with designing complete marketing campaign flows from lead and prospect stage to conversion and advocacy
- Experience with digital advertising platforms, such as LinkedIn, Google Adwords, and Google Remarketing desirable
- Experience in strategising and managing a global ABM strategy
- Experience with conducting in-depth research to understand behavioural changes that are needed to change the perspective of ad fraud among marketers
- Strong writing and communication skills - Must have experience and be comfortable in a global market
- Experience managing a team of global SDR’s
- Creative, tactical, and attentive to details
