Our client, a single family office based in Singapore, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Investment Director**to identify and drive strategic investment opportunities. This role is pivotal in ensuring the long-term growth and success of the organization through the strategic deployment of capital into diverse and promising opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Investment Strategy Development**:Formulate and execute investment strategies aligned with the family office's vision and objectives.
Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify emerging trends and potential high-value investment sectors.
- **Sourcing & Deal Origination**:Proactively identify and source potential investment opportunities across diverse asset classes, including private equity, venture capital, real estate, and other alternative investments.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of quality investment opportunities.
- **Due Diligence & Analysis**:Lead comprehensive due diligence efforts, including financial modeling, market research, risk analysis, and feasibility studies.
Evaluate potential investments to ensure alignment with the family office’s risk tolerance, returns expectations, and long-term goals.
- **Negotiation & Deal Execution**:Structure, negotiate, and close investment deals, ensuring optimal terms and outcomes.
Collaborate with legal, financial, and operational teams to ensure seamless transaction execution.
- **Portfolio Management**:Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing investments, ensuring they meet financial and operational targets.
Provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders on portfolio performance and market developments.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**:Build and nurture relationships with entrepreneurs, fund managers, financial institutions, and industry experts.
Represent the family office at key industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Proven track record of at least 10 years in investment management, private equity, venture capital, or a related field.
- Strong experience in sourcing, structuring, and closing investment deals.
- Deep understanding of financial modeling, due diligence, and risk assessment.
- Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Advanced degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; CFA or equivalent certifications are a plus.
