**Roles & Responsibilities**
The role is that of an Investment Director, who oversees the investment activities of the company. The Investment Director will be involved in the origination, deal execution and portfolio management and will be part of a small team of investment professionals. This position will be based in Singapore.
**Responsibilities**
- Deal origination, proactive sourcing, market studies
- Modelling and valuation of investment opportunities
- Assisting in all aspects of deal execution including market and financial due diligence, structuring and contract negotiation
- Monitoring of portfolio companies and executing value creation plans.
- Represent the company on the board of directors or supervisory board of portfolio companies to Negotiate and execute investment transactions like acquisitions, mergers, divestitures, joint ventures, or partnerships, if need be.
- Ensures there is full compliance with local and overseas regulations if any and maintains high ethical standards, making recommendations to senior management or board of directors.
**Qualifications**
- 5 to 10 years of work experience in private equity, corporate nance or strategy consulting, preferably with solid financial modelling and valuation expertise
- Bachelor or Master's degree in engineering or economics & finance with excellent academic credentials
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
- Strong business and investment acumen
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
