**Investment Director - PE/VC Investments**
We are partnering with a purpose-driven investment firm headquartered in Singapore, dedicated to scaling solutions that address Asia’s most pressing social and environmental challenges. The firm invests across high-impact sectors such as healthcare, education, sustainable food systems, and climate & energy transition. Backed by long-term institutional capital, the firm has built a strong track record in identifying transformative companies and supporting them to achieve both financial returns and measurable impact. As part of its continued growth, the firm is seeking an Investment Director to join its senior leadership team.

**The Role**
As Investment Director, you will play a critical role in shaping investment strategy, leading high-quality deal execution, and driving value creation across the portfolio. You will represent the firm externally, work closely with founders and co-investors, and contribute to internal team development and thought leadership in the impact investing space.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Strategy & Leadership: Drive investment theses in key sectors, oversee pipeline development, and lead end-to-end deal execution.
- Deal Execution: Lead due diligence, financial modeling, structuring and negotiations. Serve on boards and spearhead key value creation initiatives.
- Portfolio Management: Monitor company performance and support exit planning and execution.

**Who We’re Looking For**
- 10+ years of experience in private equity, venture capital, or investment banking.
- Proven track record in leading investments, with board representation experience.
- Strong sector exposure to healthcare, education, sustainability, or climate-related fields.
- Solid understanding of financial modeling, valuations, due diligence, and deal structuring.
- Deep familiarity with emerging markets, particularly Asia.
