[What the role is]

DEPUTY / ASSISTANT MANAGER, PERFORMANCE AND STANDARDS

[What you will be working on]

We are seeking a dynamic individual with a passion for land transport planning and operations. You will monitor public bus service operators’ compliance with the standards prescribed under the Bus Contracting Model, as well as manage the performance of bus services. You will be required to perform quantitative analysis and exercise critical thinking to baseline patterns. You will also learn about the dynamic public transport ecosystem in Singapore, and drive key changes as we improve the performance of the public bus network. In addition, you will work with a large range of stakeholders to ensure the successful adherence of performance standards. There will be opportunities for you to be involved in a broad spectrum of other greenfield land transport initiatives that will require setting of standards.

[What we are looking for]
- Tertiary qualification in any discipline
- At least 3 years of working experience
- Experience in data analytics (e.g. SQL, Tableau) or script coding (e.g. R, Python, VBA) will have an advantage
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to take initiative and build strong working relationships
- Highly adaptable, resourceful and able to multi-task in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
