[What the role is]

DEPUTY / ASSISTANT MANAGER, INTEGRATED OPERATIONS PLANNING

[What you will be working on]

You will be part of a dynamic team to plan, coordinate and integrate multi-modal land transport operations. You will be involved in planning, coordinating and managing land transport operations to support major National and ad-hoc events, and overseeing the execution of integrated operations. You will also support and perform secretariat roles for various Land Transport Joint-Operations forums. In addition, you will be exposed to other integrated policy and operations aspects of the land transport sector. You will be working closely with Public Transport Operators, other LTA divisions and relevant government agencies on land transport operations matters.

[What we are looking for]
- Tertiary qualification in any discipline
- At least 2 years of working experience in operations or transport field
- Excellent organisational, coordination and planning skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and, as part of a team
- Strong analytical and conceptual abilities with the capacity to think strategically and innovatively
- Strong attention to details with a systematic approach to problem-solving
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Meticulous and able to work within tight deadlines
- Proactive with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to adhere to confidentially in handling sensitive information you will have access to
