Ensure all relevant Quality Assurance Procedures and SOPs are always observed
- Liaise with the internal department stakeholders as well as sub-contractors both in-house and out of yard
- Lead and devise improvement initiatives for existing processes, policies and procedures
- Maintain a list of reliable sub-contractors to complement the organization workforce through
- Ensure adequate information/ requirements are supplied for sub-contractors’ tenders
- Prepare commercial terms/ bid analysis and negotiate with sub-contractors, if necessary
- Ensure the coordination of all sub-contracting work for specific projects are in place
- Assist Project Management on claims assessment for original/ variation workscope, including compilation and reporting of sub-contract cost
- Review the compiled post project evaluation prior to final evaluation by Sub-contract Committee
- Ensure the map out of sub-contractors workload to be done in advance with Production Department and to be of fair distribution
- Prepare reports and presentations for management reviews, if required
- Manage subcontractors according to their sponsorship classifications
- Ad hoc duties as assigned by immediate superior

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering, preferably with commercial / contractual experience
- At least 2 years of subcontracting experience with basic Production and/ or Engineering knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP and iSRP system
- Able to work as a team
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of contract law, local regulatory requirement and subcontracting nature of business and systems
- Possess updated knowledge and understanding in corporate compliance, labour policies and procedure and employment laws
- Possess updated knowledge of market rates of labour and specific services for the organization’s construction activities
- Possess basic knowledge of offshore and marine construction capabilities and production facilities
