You will report to the Deputy Director, Ops. Through a staff management relationship, you will assist the Deputy Director, Ops to ensure the smooth daily operations, growth and profitability of her departments. Should have good interpersonal skills, good EQ and ability to respond professionally under pressure. Must be able to work well as a team member and have good work attitude.

Departments;
a) Thomson Women’s Satelite Clinic

b) Any other Specialist Clinic’s that are assigned

**Responsibilities**

1. Work with the Director, Ops to carry out fortnightly analysis of the above departments revenue performance and activity targets and to achieve their departmental goals.

2. To work with Deputy Director, Ops to prepare and develop the departments annual business plans, budgets and projection of performance targets

(I) Clinical Department Operations

3. Assist the Deputy Director, Ops to ensure that departments are provided with the necessary support and resources to successfully deliver clinical services, monitoring and meet their KPIs.

4. Work with the Director, Ops to:
a) Develop, implement, review and report on key performance indicators and to submit a Monthly Departmental Operations & Management Report to senior management.

b) Work with Deputy Director to ensure that all departmental regulatory, safety and quality processes and ethics requirements, operating procedures etc are kept up to date.

c) Ensure that departmental SOPs are created and maintained in order to ensure consistent and compliant working practices

d) Coordinate upgrading and expansion of current services including renovations and equipment acquisition etc

5. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and establish beneficial business networks for the advantage of the Company.

6. Any other duties as determined by Deputy Director, Ops
