Location: Near Tai Seng Mrt

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in handling day-to-day Accounts and HR function

Data Updating and managing stock inventory

Create invoices and, proposed to process of calculating the costing

Responding appropriately to vendor, client, and internal requests.

Keep track of spending

Maintain files of bills and invoices

Monitor timesheets submission such as overtime, attendance card and leave filing

Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employees' records.

Assist on HR daily administrative activities

Call the Government sectors when needed

Maintain and purchase stationery

Order/Dispatch of Uniforms and name tags for staffs

Other ad-hoc duties when required

**Requirements**:
Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience required

Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is an asset.

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $2,800.00 per month
