**Key Responsibilities**:
- Talent Acquisition & Management: Lead recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent, manage onboarding, and drive retention efforts.
- Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and company policies.
- Payroll Management: Process payroll using Infotech HR software, ensuring accurate and timely disbursement of salaries, allowances, and bonuses.
- Staff Reimbursements: Oversee and manage the reimbursement process, ensuring timely and accurate reimbursements for employee expenses.
- IR8A Filing and Tax Compliance: Prepare and file IR8A forms and other tax-related documents using Xero, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees, addressing workplace concerns and promoting a harmonious work environment.
- HR Policy Development: Design and implement HR policies that align with company goals and adhere to local labor laws.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs and organize development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.
- Employee Engagement Initiatives:Plan and execute annual company trips and team-building activities.
- Coordinate monthly birthday celebrations and festive events to enhance employee morale and camaraderie.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace safety standards, and other regulatory requirements.
- Event Workforce Management: Develop HR strategies for managing freelance and contract staff for event execution.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, including work pass management, tax filing, and reimbursements.
- Proficiency in payroll systems, with hands-on experience in Infotech HR software and Xero for accounting and tax filing.
- Strong knowledge of MOM regulations and work pass processes (Work Permits, S Pass, Employment Pass).
- Experience in preparing and filing IR8A forms and other statutory tax documents.
- Experience in planning and executing employee engagement programs, including large-scale events like annual company trips.
- Familiarity with industry-specific HR requirements; experience in the construction industry is a strong plus.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
