**Responsibilities**:
**Talent Acquisition**
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
**Internship Recruitment**
- Develop and implement strategies for attracting and recruiting interns.
- Coordinate internship programs, including onboarding and evaluations.
- Collaborate with educational institutions to build partnerships for internship opportunities.
**Employee Wellness Initiatives**
- Plan, organize, and execute employee wellness initiatives and programs.
- Coordinate wellness events, workshops, and activities to promote a healthy and positive work environment.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure wellness initiatives align with employee needs.
**HR Operations**
- Assist in day-to-day HR operations, including but not limited to employee onboarding, offboarding, and data management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with legal requirements.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in talent acquisition will be advantageous.
- Familiarity with the management of internship programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of employee wellness best practices.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
