DESIGNATION : Ascentis - Academy Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
- To champion and drive the vision of the Academy through strategic planning.
- Plan, design, develop and coordinate training courses, lessons and material of all Ascentis products for the different target users.
- To lead the implementation of certification training pathway for partners.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to align online self-paced learning solutions and strategies.
- Plan, deliver and maintain self-paced training modules or lessons into videos content
- Developing of Quizzes and Examination questions to help trainees understand the courses or lessons better.
- Developing of criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities to increase proficiency.
- Identify and assess training needs for the different target users to bridge any gaps for better performance and understanding of the products.
- Track, report, and evaluate the effectiveness of training and make changes to the programs based on user feedback.
- Maintain data relating to training and service provided in the LMS.
- Maintaining extensive knowledge on all company products.
- Manage multiple pieces of training at the same time.
- Perform other duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Demonstrate experience in Learning Management System (LMS) including user and system administration, configuration, setting up of courses or lessons and gathering of feedback
- Experience in training and consultancy with proven track record in curriculum design and learning delivery
- Working experience in adult learning, facilitation, instructional design and learning advisory
- Experience developing training materials (e.g. presentations, videos, guides, etc.)
- Strong communication skills (verbal, non-verbal, written)
- Confident and able to conduct stand-up presentation to clients
- Ability to work independently or as a team
- Able to prioritize requests based on importance and timing
- Strong EQ, people skills, people-centric, passionate, driven and creative
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a collaborative team-oriented environment using sound judgment in decision-making.
