This is a full-time remote position, based in Singapore, Hong Kong and other Asia timezone markets. What You'll Be Responsible For: Be the first point of contact for prospective families, representing our values and strengths Contacting and engaging with new leads to qualify them for the Admissions Team Ensuring that data is diligently, accurately entered and managed within Salesforce, Crimson's CRM system Continuously improving sales techniques, processes and enhancing industry knowledge Share insights and trends back to key stakeholders including Marketing and Admissions Officers What We're Looking For: Fluency in English - spoken and written At least 1 year of experience in sales A natural ability to quickly build rapport, persuade and deliver value Hunger and drive to exceed targets High learning agility and growth mindset – comfort in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Familiarity with SalesForce or other CRMs is a plus Why work for Crimson Global Academy?Flexible working environment: you will be empowered to structure how you work Limitless development and exposure: our internal promotions/role changes made up 33% of all recruitment last year L&D budget Personal computer (Apple or Windows laptop) provided Psychologist on staff Impressive fireside chats and workshops to help the team continuously level up Radical Candour is a feedback approach we live by We're a global player with 28 markets (and growing) across the globe If you're passionate about education and looking for a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and want to work with cutting-edge technology, then we'd love to hear from you.
