Singapore ESTEE LAUDER TRAVEL RETAILING, INC. Full time

**Primary Function**
- Manage the implementation and delivery of the Brand Cluster Education Strategy in support of brands’ direction and sales objectives within the TR APAC region.
- Working in partnership with New York Global (and Regional) Education teams in the development and adaptation of education programs and initiatives.
- Acquire knowledge of market trends, evolving consumer needs, field staff learning needs so as to adapt selling strategies in order to optimize brand and education outreach within the region.
- Planning and working with Education Managers, Education Executives and Field Trainers to implement education calendar for TR APAC
- Developing and mentoring the TR APAC Education Managers and Field Trainers with respect to technical and general capabilities skill-set.
- Special Event support where necessary and developing Education Managers and Field Trainers to have skill set in this aspect.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Education - University degree preferred.
- Experience - 8 years of relevant experience in training - service or product education. Prior
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Ability to communicate fluently in Mandarin is a requirement.
- Willingness to travel
- Strong leadership skills and an excellent team player with ability to motivate others
- Strong presentation skills and possess a highly influential nature
- Positive attitude and driven
