Galaxy Dance Academy, a leading dance institution in Singapore, is currently seeking a professional and efficient Receptionist cum Administrative Assistant to support our fast-growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute significantly to the operational success of our academy.

Role: Receptionist cum Administrative Assistant

Location: 9 Purvis Street, 02-01,02,03, 188588

Work Schedule: 6 days a week

  • Monday to Friday: 1:30 PM - 9:30 PM (1-hour break)

  • Saturday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (1-hour break)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Scheduling and Registration:

  • Efficiently manage appointment bookings and studio schedules.

  • Accurately record attendance and complete registration processes.

2. Studio Maintenance:

  • Monitor and replenish necessary supplies.

  • Organize administrative operations for optimal efficiency.

  • Handle mail and deliveries responsibly.

3. Billing and Bookkeeping:

  • Ensure precise collection and verification of payments.

  • Process and submit expense claims with proper documentation

  • Maintain separate GST reports and ensure proper GST documentation

  • Track GST-applicable vs non-GST transactions for accurate financial reporting

4. Customer Service:

  • Provide empathetic and exceptional support to customers.

  • Welcome and assist visitors professionally.

  • Maintain and update notice boards and schedules.

5. Communication Updates:

  • Regularly update the academy's website and social media platforms.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Experience in administrative or support roles is preferred.

  • Proficiency in using Mac computers and basic office software (Google Sheets/Excel).

  • Ability to quickly adapt to new systems and procedures.

  • Independent, self-motivated, and capable of working with minimal supervision.

  • Competitive salary: S$2,800 for a 3-month probationary period, following which it increases to S$3,000.
