Consulting Director

We are seeking a highly motivated Consulting Director with specialized expertise in SAP S/4HANA to join our team. The Consulting Director will be instrumental in leading and growing the firm while delivering exceptional client service with a particular focus on SAP services. They will develop and manage key accounts, focusing on managing their projects' profitability and ensuring successful SAP engagements. The Director is expected to have extensive experience with SAP solutions and customer engagements and play a pivotal role in mentoring and developing team members.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as a key advisor to senior client executives and decision-makers, providing strategic guidance on SAP S/4HANA Assessments, Implementations and Application Management services.
- Manage revenue and consulting-led pipeline management with a strong emphasis on SAP services.
- Lead a matrix team of 10+ Consultants, fostering their professional development.
- Manage team utilization and forecast, ensuring optimal resource allocation for various engagements.
- Lead the firm's development efforts and build a unique selling proposition (USP).
- Direct and oversee client engagements, consulting for large-scale complex and multiple SAP projects.
- Work collaboratively in a matrix environment with other teams, integrating SAP solutions into broader digital transformation initiatives.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, particularly with regard to SAP S/4HANA best practices and innovations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and support business development activities for SAP S/4HANA solutions, including identification, proposal development, and pursuit activities.
- Collaborate with clients' executives to outline roadmaps, budgets, and investment proposals specific to SAP transformations.
- Translate customer business issues/opportunities into solution/business requirements tailored to S/4HANA.
- Build and communicate the value proposition of end-to-end SAP solutions to client executives, driving transformational business activities.
- Develop in-house capabilities and work closely with SAP partners and sales teams to advance expertise in this area.
- Conduct seminars, workshops, and events focused on SAP S/4HANA solutions in collaboration with the sales and marketing team.
- Mentor and engage in the professional development of team members, emphasizing SAP S/4HANA proficiency and thought leadership.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- 10+ years of experience in SAP Consulting, with international onsite experience and a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA.
- Project management experience and stakeholder management skills, particularly in the context of SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and experience with S/4HANA migration.
- Knowledge of SAP licensing models.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills. Prior consistent track records of achieving revenue quotas.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism and work effectively with multiple teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation. Strong strategic vision and attention to detail, especially in driving SAP initiatives forward.
