At vVolve, we are seeking Consulting Director to join vVolve’s management team. Consulting Director is responsible for leading and growing the firm while delivering the top notch client service. Responsible for developing & managing key accounts. The focus is to manage their own projects P/L. Director is expected to have wider experience of SAP Solutions and Customer engagements. Director on regular basis mentor and engage in professional development of team members.
- Serve as key advisor to senior client executives and Decision Makers
- Revenue management & consulting-led pipeline management
- Manage matrix team of 10+ Consultants
- Mentor and engage in professional development of team members
- Manage team’s utilisation and forecast
- Lead firm’s development efforts
- Build USP for vVolve
- Direct and oversee client engagements
- Consulting for large scale complex & multiple projects
- Experience in working in a matrix environment and working collaboratively with other teams
- Continuous learning

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and support business development activities such as identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities at clients while working with the appropriate vVolve resources from other service lines/service networks/industries.
- Working with clients’ executives to outline roadmaps, budgets & investment proposals
- Translate customer business issues/opportunities into solution/business requirements
- Build and communicate the value proposition of the end-to-end solution to client executives and drive transformational business activities
- Be part of SAP Partner management
- Develop In-house capabilities
- Work with other Partners and Sales team to address the customer needs
- Work with Sales and Marketing team to conduct Seminars, Workshops, sponsor relevant events and write contents in your specialisation area.
- Mentor and engage in professional development of team members

**Skills and Qualifications**
- 10+ years in SAP Consulting
- Must have International onsite experience
- Should have managed Project stakeholders and project management
- SAP S4Hana experience and good knowledge on Migration of ECC to S4.
- Should have knowledge and experience of SAP licensing model
- Exposure to S4HANA (on-premise and cloud) solutions & value discovery tools for S4HANA are added advantage
- Able to provide solution using multiple SAP modules or Products
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organisational skills
- Strong leadership to lead the team & People Person
- Prior track of achieving Revenue Quota

**Preferred Qualifications**
- MBA or a Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism, ability to work with multiple team to address the customer need
- Passion to be an Entrepreneur
- Must be able to see big picture and eye for details
