Our tasks focus on complex transformation projects:

- Advanced development of industry-specific business and process models with a focus on digital transformation, Industry 4.0 and IoT
- Support in the development and implementation of integrated IT strategies and the corresponding supporting processes (Procurement, Finance, Marketing, Sales, etc.)
- Analysis and optimization of organizational structures and governance processes
- Establishment and introduction of management tools and systems
- Process organization in the field of IT organization
- Project and program management using agile and traditional methods

**Who you are**:
Are you an analytical thinker with strong communication and sales skills, do you have a local network, are you curious and enjoy working as a team player? In addition to a high degree of personal initiative and an entrepreneurial can-do mentality, you possess the following distinguishing qualities:

- Passion for digitalization issues and information technology
- Outstanding University Degree (Master’s, MBA, PhD)
- At least four years of professional experience in one or more of the following fields: IoT, Big Data and Analytics, Service Now, Agile Transformation, Blockchain, Cybersecurity, Data Monetarization, DevOps, 5G Infrastructure, Open API, Machine Learning and AI, Digital Twins, Business Modelling, ePayment, SAP S/4, Cloud Computing, Salesforce, CIO/CTO/CDO Advisory
- Strategic mindset
- Excellent understanding of core commercial processes
- Sound knowledge of common consulting methods and tools, ideally project management (e.g. PMP / Prince 2, SCRUM) and IT management certificates (e.g. ITIL, Cobit)
- Innovativeness and willingness to take responsibility
- Consultant-typical willingness to travel
- Business Fluent in English, other languages are an advantage (e.g. Mandarin, Japanese, Korean)
