We are looking for seasoned independent consultants to help lead and shape this international expansion. You will play a mission-critical role in building region-specific strategies, optimizing operations, and ensuring long-term commercial success.

**Position Summary**:
The **Senior Independent Consultant** at **LawCrust Global Consulting** will play a pivotal role in establishing and leading our new **Global Delivery Centers (GDCs)** and **Global Capability Centers (GCCs)** across key international regions. You will be responsible for designing and executing regional strategies, setting up operational frameworks, and ensuring the long-term success of these centers. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll blend your deep knowledge of local business and regulatory environments with LawCrust’s global consulting model to build centers that drive excellence in client delivery, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth.

As a key member of the global expansion team, you’ll collaborate closely with the founding leadership to shape the culture, talent strategies, and performance metrics for each center. Please note that our business is not yet operational in this location; we are currently in the process of establishing our presence here. You’ll lead the charge in creating scalable, efficient operations while ensuring alignment with the company’s vision of transparent, client-aligned consulting.
