**What the day will look like**

Working primarily with Aon Strategy and Technology Group (“Aon STG”) colleagues you will identify management consulting implementation opportunities across insurers and reinsurers. You will be for directing and managing large scale implementation projects incorporating management consulting and technology elements. Wider opportunities to engage our clients with (for example) Human Capital and Reinsurance solutions will also be part of the role.

You will be reporting to the regional CEO of STG (APAC) and will work closely with the regional STG Technology sales teams as well as Reinsurance Solutions.

There will also be significant opportunity to work with clients at their locations as and when required/preferred.

You will be able to shape your working day as you deem appropriate to ensure we deliver maximum value to clients and develop colleagues and the Aon Consulting brand.

It is expected that a typical day will involve
- liaising with existing and potential clients;
- developing your internal network, (which will also identify further client opportunities);
- overseeing the development and delivery of large-scale client engagements; and
- working closely with other STG colleagues across all regions

**How this opportunity is different**

The role holder will be responsible for further developing Aon’s Consulting presence in the APAC region and delivery of large-scale client transformation programs. This will include delivery of key projects as well as building trusted relationships with our clients.

Role requirements will include identifying key take to market propositions from a Life Consulting perspective as well as working with the Head of Life Consulting (APAC) and other senior Aon colleagues to identify opportunities to Deliver Aon United (“DAU”) to our clients to allow them to make better decisions.

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- Insurance consulting background with 12 to 15 years of relevant experience
- Significant experience in “building a market” and engaging clients
- An accounting or actuarial qualification would be an advantage
- Experience in developing propositions and building a “take to market” strategy for their teams and wider colleagues
- Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills
- A pragmatist with excellent written and oral communication skills
