- Monitor audits, LTIF, TRCF - Tracking - KPI Monitoring - by month end
- Monthly HSEQA reports between vessels & Office
- Plan & Book Shore Staff Trainings & Updating SMS Matrix
- Arrange logbooks to vessels - Plan printing stock
- Record and file Quarterly Meeting Review, Crew/Vessel Feedback, Customer Feedback, Document Change Request (DCR FORMS)
- Quarterly Sign Off Master Review
- SRS/ART - weekly visiting vessel in Singapore
- Record & file HSE Fleet Statistic, SIRE FSC PSC, Incident Tracker
- Record & schedule L/B lowering drills
- Non-PO Invoices (send to Esker directly)
- New vendor creation in SAP MDG
- Similar work experience or adequate sailing experience with basic knowledge of ships and safety operations onboard
- Basic computer skills of MS office suite.
- Basic communication skills.
- Knowledge of admin duties including invoicing, logistic, courier & parcel bookings.
