Import and Export Coordinator

Responsibilities:

- Prepare shipping documents for importing and exporting processes
- Communicate and coordinate with overseas vendors/customers, freight forwarders, carriers, and third-party logistics
- Confirm shipment ETA, bookings, and direct shipments
- Submit monthly marine insurance reports to the Accounts Department
- Assist in the warehouse with verifying incoming and outgoing items, buffer stocks, etc.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of Department (HOD)

**Requirements**:

- Relevant work experience in processing import shipments and documentation for F&B products
- Familiarity with import/direct shipments, incoterms, and documentation coordination preferred
- Familiarity with inventory management and marketing skills preferred
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft NAV software preferred
- Working location: Redhill
- Working hours: 5.5 working days per week, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5.30 pm, and alternate Saturdays, 9 am to 12.45 pm.
