Import/export Analyst

**What You Will Gain From this Role**:

- Ability to form and drive logistics tactics and strategies for Asia transportation activities while working with TI’s Global PDC team, Global Trade Compliance, Sales and Operations, IT and F&O organizations
- Direct contribution in growing transportation project and Influence TI’s direction in areas such as new customer on board process, product distribution shipping flow and other relative logistics SOP enhancement
- Develop data analysis and supply chain management skills by supporting customer fulfillment processes (PDC/AT to customer)

**Primary and Secondary Responsibilities**:

- Enforce transportation process guidance across TI Asia region, and interface with TI internal partners and carriers to support TI operations, also comply to global strategy
- Execute data analysis to better understand transportation operations, support internal partners to review and response of customer inquiries
- Support COS(customer on board system) workflow from transportation perspective, including but not limited to create logistic SOP for new customer, enhance the existing flow and ensure the compliance of TI internal transportation process
- Develop and manage BMCD/TI store relative transportation including monthly operation review, continuous SOP improvement and other assessments if necessary.
- Identify and deploy process improvements and provide data analysis input for monthly operations reviews with senior management

**Knowledge / Skills / Experience / Education**:

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly ramp on new tools and processes
- Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Excel, Spotfire and other data analysis tool, PYTHON is a plus
- Ability to collaborate effectively with people across various functions
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
- Bachelor or Master Degree
- 3+years multinational working experience, have working experiences in multinational companies-Fortune global 500 is a plus.
