**Primary Purpose of the Position**

Proactively investigate, gather and report on relevant procurement data and information (performance, categories, contracts, supply market, suppliers or orders) to support the procurement team. This includes the provision of high-level, detailed or complex analysis. Provide support to key projects and initiatives relating to the Procurement framework.

**Critical Accountabilities & Outcomes**

**Data Analytics and Reporting**
- Prepare periodic reports (using Power BI, Excel, Sharepoint, PPT) for Procurement and other stakeholders such as Governance Dashboard, Spend Dashboard, Late PO, Contract Leakage and other value added information
- Perform data analytics to identify data mismatch and opportunity such as contract value leakage, compliance, vendor consolidation, etc...
- Support tactical procurement initiatives to deliver value to the business
- Conduct analysis of spend and supply markets
- Prepare and present reports to management as required

**Project Support**
- Contribute and/or Support the Procurement team with execution of key projects including system and/or process enhancements, sourcing initiatives, improvement opportunities etc
- Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.

**Operational support, administration and governance**
- Provide support for the team where required
- Educate business partners on procurement policies and practices
- Support activities in relation to supplier management and governance reporting (ie. Supplier Code of Conduct; payment Times Reporting Scheme and other related programs)
- Identify, report and escalate governance risks
- Develop user guides and conduct end user training on Procurement processes and systems as required
- Perform administrative tasks required to support the procurement system(s).
- Manage any other requests from PLT.

**Deliver Sustained Relevant Value to Business Partners**
- Advise and recommend category, contract and supplier activities/opportunities
- Conduct measurement and reporting to support continuous improvement programs

**Leadership, People and Culture**
- Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders across Ampol entities and external parties.
- Stay abreast of developments within the Procurement profession.
- Be a role mode, set expectations and guide delivery of procurement activities

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
