Key responsibilities include: Maintain, review and quality assure accounting data in a timely fashion in compliance with IFRS/SFRS and adhere to ICFR procedures for proper documentation, record keeping, presentation and disclosures Review and supervise work performed by team, providing guidance to overcome challenges and support in knowledge sharing, team building, competency development initiatives Ensure timely, accurate and high-quality delivery in terms of internal/external audits and compliance reviews, identifying areas of improvement and implementing initiatives to simplify, automate and standardize processes, systems and work routines Manage and own voluminous
