HR Assistant Executive

The job duties and responsibilities of this position are outlined below:
- Processing monthly payroll accurately and timely with HRMS (Info Tech)
- Assist HR Manager to execute HR functions, initiatives and strategy
- Organizing training and development programs for employees based on skills need assessment
- Assisting in the recruiting, onboarding and offboarding processes
- Administering and maintaining employee records, letters and database systems
- Implementing and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices for employees, to increase employee’s satisfaction and participation
- Be a change agent and implementor of digitisation HR processes for Company (eventually transferring all manual practices to digital technology and process, to work green and 'paperless')
- Handle all work pass admin matters for Company (from start to end) - work permit, S Pass, EP
In order to qualify for this role, you will need to mínimally have the following experience and qualifications:
- Minimum polytechnic diploma in business, HRM or psychology (other fields may be also similarly considered)
- Minimum 5 years experience in HR generalist setting in SME environment as HR Assistant or HR Officer
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic understanding and knowledge of HR data analytics
- Be able to work under tight deadlines, execute instructions and handle pressure as assigned by manager
- Able to work in our facility in Tuas (Singapore)
