The incumbent will assist to develop, review, drive and implement effective strategies, policies, procedures and programmes related to compensation and benefits and performance management in the organisation.
- Analyse compensation policies, government regulations, and prevailing wage rates and recommend changes where appropriate.
- Coordinate and administer the various compensation exercises including, but not limited to computation and processing of Performance Bonus, Annual Wage Supplement and Salary Increment payouts.
- Coordinate, implement and review benefits programmes by working with brokers and researching on benefits issues.
- Prepare and maintain all Policy and Standard Operating Procedure write-ups relating to Compensation and Benefits.
- Prepare material to communicate effectively to Senior Management, HODs, HR Business Partners and employees on any new or revised compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
- Analyse statistical data and reports to identify causes of issues and challenges, develop recommendations for improvement of various reward and recognition programmes to enhance staff motivation.
- Prepare required compensation and benefits data for submission to SingHealth as and when required.
- Coordinate the promotion exercise by working with HODs and HR Business Partners and review promotions recommended by departments to ensure all promotions meet the criteria set by the organisation and are approved by the necessary review panels.
- Lead the planning, organisation and implementation of the bi-yearly Promotion Ceremony for non-medical staff.
- Prepare data for annual performance appraisal exercise.
- Administer the annual performance appraisal exercises for the organisation Information System.
- Provide relevant data to HR Business Partners to facilitate performance calibration with HODs.
- Provide timely and accurate advice to HR Business Partners on compensation and benefits and performance management related queries.

**Job Requirements**
- University Degree
- Preferably with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Good planning, organisational and decision making skills
- Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Able to work independently and as a team player
- Adept in handling detailed work and voluminous data with quality outcome
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and adapt to changing conditions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must be fully vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccinations
