**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a seasoned **Head of Engineering**(Tech Lead) to lead the development of our multi-product DeFi ecosystem. This is a strategic leadership role for an experienced engineer with a strong background in shipping complex blockchain products and managing high-performing engineering teams. You will play a critical role in shaping technical architecture, driving product delivery, and setting engineering standards across our suite of DeFi products—including lending, liquid staking, perpetuals, and aggregators.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and own the end-to-end software development lifecycle across all product lines.
- Architect secure, scalable, and performant solutions for a multi-product DeFi platform.
- Manage, mentor, and grow a distributed team of engineers (backend, frontend, smart contracts, infra).
- Align closely with product, design, and leadership to define and execute the technical roadmap.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce high standards for code quality, testing, and security.
- Provide technical leadership in design, decision-making, and cross-system integration.Remain hands-on when needed—especially in mission-critical or complex areas of development.

**Requirements**:

- 6+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years in a leadership or tech lead role.
- Proven experience delivering and scaling **DeFi protocols or Web3 infrastructure products**.
- Strong understanding of **blockchain architecture**, smart contract interaction, and on-chain data models.
- Broad technical expertise across backend systems, smart contracts, frontend frameworks, and DevOps.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of aligning cross-functional teams under tight timelines.
- Deep knowledge of Web3 infrastructure, security best practices, and decentralized systems.
