Assist Department Head to coordinate the overall risk management of the department, including independent monitoring and supervising employees to implement various risk control measures of the Head Office and Singapore Branch.
- Assist in analyzing and evaluating the risk status of the department, identify potential risks and embed risk control measures into the business process.
- Participate in department management and product innovation, identify risks, put forward risk management suggestions, formulate the risk management system of the department and promote its implementation.
- Organize and carry out budget management, data reporting, expense management and other work.
- Responsible to organize the department to cooperate with internal and external audits and regulatory inspections.
- Ensure reporting and communications to Head Office, management, between departments and external parties are effective and smooth.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the department head.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree holder with at least 5 years working experience in a Treasury management role in banking industry.
- Strong analytical, communication and coordination skills
- Proficient in English and Mandarin so as to understand documents written in Mandarin and effectively communicate and collaborate with Mandarin speaking colleagues from Head Office and locally.
