The Regional Marketing Senior Manager role at Coty empowers bold brand leadership across dynamic APAC markets.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As Regional Marketing Senior Manager, you will drive brand acceleration across APAC by developing and executing globally aligned yet locally resonant marketing strategies. Acting as the vital link between global direction and local market execution, you will lead brand launches, identify growth opportunities, and deliver impactful 360° marketing plans.
**Your main focus**:

- Lead the 360° brand strategy and calendar for assigned APAC brands.
- Drive innovation launches with bold sales/ranking ambitions and strong execution.
- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify white space opportunities.
- Consolidate regional market needs and influence Global teams on brand direction.
- Oversee launch execution, investment strategy, ROI analysis, and post-launch review.

The team consists of Regional Marketing Directors and Managers, and you will work closely with several departments such as local marketing teams, sales, finance, global brand teams, and e-commerce. All your colleagues are collaborative, passionate about beauty, and entrepreneurial in spirit. Working in the team, you feel inspired to drive bold ideas and push creative boundaries.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You like to create impact through innovative marketing, navigate complex markets, and lead cross-functional collaboration. As an experienced Regional Marketing Senior Manager, you balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you:

- Bring at least 10 years of marketing experience in Luxury Beauty, both regional and local.
- Demonstrate strong business acumen with proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Navigate stakeholder networks and build trusted partnerships with ease.
- Drive digital-first marketing strategies across omni-channel ecosystems.
- Master P&L management with focus on ROI and performance tracking.
- Master the English language on a near native level.
