Store Design Senior Executive

This is a 5-month contract role (December Apr 2026)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report to Regional SD Senior Manager to support relevant store and concept development activities within APAC region.
  • Own and manage the projects from initial stage to completion based on the brand's guidelines.
  • Coordinate and monitor all architectural and construction activities involved with the store renovation, openings, and improvement works for APAC.
  • Partner with local market for overall design execution for stores from start to finish including drawing packages for principal & mall approval.
  • Able to layout store in AutoCAD and prepare 3D rendering in Sketch Up or 3D Studio Max for interval review.
  • Review design proposals/initiatives to ensure its complying to brand's strategy and consistency in brand image.
  • Partner with regional Visual Merchandising team on store opening and campaigns.
  • Communicate with project stakeholders regarding scheduling, material finishes, cost, and project related matters.
  • Inspect, monitor, and track project documentation including drawings, specifications, prototypes, and samples, etc.
  • Conceptualize creative pop-up concept that elevate brand equity and CX within given timeline& budget.
  • Plan and monitor budget and submit periodical cost reports to management.
  • Work closely with various internal departments & external suppliers to ensure high quality project execution.
  • Assist Senior Manager in preparing illustration of either store planning or visual merchandising related matters as and when required.
  • Assist Senior Manager to establish / monitor in-house procedures and protocols and carry out data / information analyses as required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
  • Proficient in key design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, or 3D Max
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
  • 2 - 3 years of relevant design experience, preferably in retail environments, commercial spaces, or hospitality
  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
