Boeckeler Instruments Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to be based in our office in Singapore. This role supports the VP Sales & Marketing.

**Key responsibilities**
- Collaborate with VP Sales & Marketing, and Regional Sales Managers, to organize internal events such as workshops, talks and training.
- Organize the company‘s participation in external events such as conferences and trade shows, including people, booth design, giveaways, accomodation, and shipping of equipment.
- Craft clear product marketing materials.
- Work closely with internal colleagues to redesign and standardize customer documents such as data sheets, user guides and videos.
- Be the contact point with external website maintenance team on required information updates.
- Work closely with VP Sales & Marketing on other customer related tasks.

**Qualifications**
- Proven work experience in similar role.
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a relevant field.
- Flexibility to travel is required
- Valid driver license
