We are seeking a creative Interior Design Lead Designer to join our dynamic team. As the Lead Designer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the interior design process, from conceptualization to project completion. Your expertise in design, spatial planning, material selection, and team leadership will be instrumental in creating exceptional interior spaces that meet the needs and aspirations of our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the interior design team, providing guidance, mentorship, and creative direction throughout the design process.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Develop innovative and functional design concepts that align with client's vision, budget, and project timeline.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, provide guidance to the team, and ensure design implementation aligns with the approved plans.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and new materials to incorporate innovative and sustainable design solutions.
- Foster strong client relationships, actively engaging with clients to address concerns, provide design solutions, and ensure satisfaction with the final deliverables.

Qualifications:
Degree in Interior Design or a related field

Proven experience as an Interior Designer, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.

Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of successful interior design projects.

Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.

Sound knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and regulations.

Excellent understanding of space planning, furniture arrangement, lighting design, and material selection.

Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for detail, with a demonstrated ability to translate concepts into captivating designs.

Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.

Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
