**About you**:
You are a creative, imaginative, and resourceful individual with a keen sense of aesthetic. You understand user behaviours and are skilled in gathering user and stakeholder requirements and translating these insights into concrete design implications. Organised, detail oriented, and able to manage workload effectively, you are now ready to lead, guide and mentor a small team of designers to meet requirements of both internal and external projects. You are innately passionate about art and design, are open-minded and willing to see things from different perspectives, and enjoy the thrill of creating unique, innovative and impactful experiences.

**What will you be doing?**
- Generate concepts and ideas in tandem with Chief Experience Officer and Content Lead to turn these concepts and ideas into elegant creative solutions.
- Take responsibility for the artistic vision and direction and maintain the standard of output across design team members.
- Pitch ideas confidently and present the artistic direction clearly to clients, as well as communicate in the same manner to members of the design team.
- Lead multiple projects from conception to completion in accordance with deadlines and requirements.
- Mentor and nurture younger members of the design team
- Ask smart questions, take risks, and champion new ideas.

**What are we looking for?**
- 5 or more years of experience as a senior-level designer in graphic with some of this experience in designing for digital media.
- Ability to communicate the creative vision, concepts, ideas, and solutions clearly and effectively to stakeholders, internal teams, and clients.
- Ability to manage and work effectively in teams comprising of members from different disciplines.
- Knowledge of 3D and game design will be an advantage.
