Consult and collaborate with Design Director in all design concepts. Take ownership in all the projects assigned by Design Director and Office Manager. Developing outstanding design and detailing in every project. Good communication with clients to correctly interpret and document what they want in their requirements. Responsible for the output and quality of the design documentation. Able to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing and high-pressure environment. Complete a full project from scratch independently. Working in the field for at least 8 years and with site experience. Possess excellence space planning skill Well verse in Power Point, Excel, Words, AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, Photoshop. Possess team spirit with good interpersonal skill Possess good FF&E knowledge. Familiar with construction costing and budgeting. Familiar with Local Building/Construction/Fire Safety Code Basic knowledge in MEP Construction drawings and detail drawings. Experience in site technical knowledge.
