**Design Lead**

As the Design Lead, you’ll be part of an in-house APAC creative team for one of the largest video-sharing platforms. Leading a team of thinkers and doers, the Design Lead will bring a mix of creative and marketing expertise with a sound understanding of business context and experience with thought leadership in the industry. We’re looking for an experienced people manager, someone who can inspire others while taking our creativity to a new level as we continue to grow our client relationship. You’ll be promoting our company and that of our valued clients through creative craft and excellence.

Meticulous attention to detail with a strong portfolio showcasing work across a wide range of mediums (especially social and branding) and spanning international brands within the tech and entertainment sector are paramount for this role. Role:

- Art direction, design (graphic, print and UX / UI) and content creation of engaging and innovative digital assets in various formats
- Create and lead cross-channel visual communication strategies and execution
- Drive and inspire dynamic ideas that connect with all types of audiences through quality-driven design
- Become the key decision-maker and a team leader who is able to adapt to changing requirements
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, lead projects from a creative point of view, mentor others, provide feedback and oversee creative process and output
- Collaborate and integrate with clients’ marketing, branding, creative and other teams and departments

You:

- 8+ years in creative and design roles with experience across a range of global and APAC markets, working both agency and client-side at a brand, design and content departments
- Bachelor's degree in visual communications and design or equivalent professional experience
- Cross-channel visual language strategies and execution across digital, print, events and motion
- Digital native with a breadth of style and design capabilities
- Strong social media experience, from managing campaigns across strategy and content generation to leveraging all common and new social media technologies, channels and platforms
- Solid creative and conceptual thinker with strong hands-on design, motion, interactive media and photography/videography skills
- Excellent working competency across the full Adobe Suite.
- A passion for pushing the boundaries to inspire new trends for big international brands
- Proven experience with collaborating directly with clients and project teams
- Ability to deliver outstanding and highly creative design achievements with limited timeframes
- Ability to inspire and lead a team from concept through design and delivery
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work at a fast pace and high-intensity environment
