**Description**

The Corporate Communications Manager will be responsible for conceptualizing event themes in line with our global communication message, preparing and managing event timelines, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders on the exhibits and technical aspects, managing PR activities, generating media interest and coverage, processing invoices, marketing, managing event staff, preparing expenditure reports, and managing risk.

Your creativity and resourcefulness in organizing and hosting successful events that meet global communication goals and business objectives will aid us in promoting our solutions, creating opportunities for business units, inspiring confidence in our brand, and communicating brand strategy to internal and external stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Planning event from conceptualisation to execution.
- Creating and managing our events calendar.
- Developing event concepts and themes.
- Managing event budgets and ensure adherence.
- Source and negotiate with vendors.
- Liaising with relevant internal and/or stakeholders
- Coordinating logístical elements.
- Organizing communication contents.
- Liaising with speakers and preparing speaking notes.
- Processing payments and invoices
- Post-event reporting.

Event Specialist Requirements:

- Degree in hospitality, public relations, communications or marketing.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in event management
- PR experience is a plus.
- High degree of personal organization with excellent time management skills
- Strong technical knowledge.
- Good team player with superior interpersonal skills and able to establish good relationships with relevant stakeholders
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Multi-tasker with a strong work ethic.
- Creativity.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Expert communication skills.
- Applicants with regional experience is preferred
- Ability to travel
