The Role
Join US as a Corporate Solution Insurance Specialist in our Tampines East office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative and customer service support to our corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries and requests related to corporate insurance policies and claims
- Prepare and process insurance policy documents, renewals and endorsements
- Maintain detailed records and databases of all corporate insurance accounts
- Liaise with underwriters, brokers and other key stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery
- Provide general administrative support to the corporate insurance team
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations and other business documentation
What We're Looking For
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
*No experience needed
Local GCE 'A' Level or Diploma and above.
Require SCI certification
*Preferred Singaporean
