The Role

Join US as a Corporate Solution Insurance Specialist in our Tampines East office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative and customer service support to our corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage customer inquiries and requests related to corporate insurance policies and claims
  2. Prepare and process insurance policy documents, renewals and endorsements
  3. Maintain detailed records and databases of all corporate insurance accounts
  4. Liaise with underwriters, brokers and other key stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery
  5. Provide general administrative support to the corporate insurance team
  6. Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations and other business documentation

What We're Looking For

  1. Strong customer service and communication skills
  2. Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  3. Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
  4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

*No experience needed

Local GCE 'A' Level or Diploma and above.

Require SCI certification

*Preferred Singaporean
